## MYIO Description
MYIO Behavioral Health Portal puts you in command of your behavioral health information, helping you manage your care. MYIO serves as a patient portal, enabling you to:
- Update personal and contact details
- Set communication preferences with your mental health provider
- Review statements
- Easily pay balances

To access MYIO, request an account through your mental health provider. To set up your account, download the MYIO app and enter the access code sent from your mental health provider via SMS. Enter your login details and save your password for easy access. Set your communication preferences to receive reminders and messages to your phone or email. Enable push notifications to stay updated on new information in MYIO.

I started using this app because my therapist conducts remote therapy sessions through it. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The video frequently glitches, making sessions difficult, and the email link login process is inconvenient and unreliable.

The app does not work. The company does not work. Their website does not work. It fundamentally does not function. Upon opening the service, whether through browser or application it will not load and just presents a white screen. When trying to get ahold of the company on their contact page which says you can reach out to them for support so click here, the link just loops back to that page that says you can reach out for support by clicking here.

ADVICE: IF YOUR PROVIDER USES THIS APP SWITCH PROVIDERS. IT ISN'T WORTH IT, AND YOU’LL LIKELY NEVER BE ABLE TO CONNECT TO TELEHEALTH OR ACCESS INFO

Seems like every time I have to get on here, I have to do an update. That would be tolerable, IF the updates helped, but they don’t! Well I just had to do another one, and this time it wiped everything out! All I get is a white screen now! NOW WHAT??!! Where’s all my info?!

this app is the most difficult to sign into. I currently have 4 different apps from other medical providers and this is the only one that takes IT support to get signed into.

This app never loads. I’ve had to use it for years for my doctor to refill my scripts and it literally NEVER loads. Just a blank white screen.

It has been three weeks since my app has shown nothing but a blank white screen, I have missed three therapy appointments, you keep continuously updating, but it’s making it worse.

### *---- "Not user friendly or very useful"
For a behavioral health app, it shouldn’t be so frustrating. The login process is terrible. If I click login with username/password, it accepts email or username. If I enter my email and password, it then asks for my email again. If I forgot my password and click the forgot password link, the email link automatically logs me in without letting me reset it and reset password in account settings requires the old password. 
The appointments aren’t very useful because there’s no way to add to my calendar from the app and the app doesn’t send appointment reminders. 
Messages somehow disables my phone’s autocorrect and spellcheck so my messages often have typos that normally would be caught. I also don’t seem to get notifications when I have a new message and don’t seem a notification option in settings. 
Overall it’s not user friendly and is tedious to use.

This is really inconvenient and stress inducing when MYIO wont even open before a scheduled appointment. When it works, it works good.

It is still not loading. Is anyone working? I need a job.

The app is broken. Anytime I have tried opening it after the most recent update it only shows a blank white screen. Doesn’t matter how long I waited to see if it was a loading issue, also tried deleting and redownloading and still nothing fixed it. Please fix the app
