All they should need is my card information . It’s too risky with security breaches . -- Cautious-Consumer, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Don’t bother" The app on three separate occasions wouldn’t even work saying the pump was in use when it was still hanging up. Then, had two charges on my account at a store I hadn’t been to. When I called they said it was still me and it’s just an error in the system. Meanwhile, it appears as fraudulent activity on my account. All they said was that I was assured it was not. Cannot be trusted. Update: they commented on this review to call or email them screenshots which I did. And got no response. Lol -- 8CHBEE, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "Fast" The app application is too fast for me. By the time I finis filling out the app it is expired. Can’t become a member. -- Stella750, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "GPS can't even pinpoint your location" Irving App consistently can't pinpoint where I am in space to pay at the pump on two separate phones. This has been a problem for months. When I go to use my Irving debit pay at the pump the app comes up and says I am no where near the station I am at to fill up. I go to Google maps or Apple maps and the GPS pinpoints me standing right next to the pump I am trying to use, so it isn't my phone hardware. The Irvibg app is useless, I always have to use my Irving debit pay card. Maybe fix the math your app uses to pinpoint location data so when I'm in New Hampshire it doesn't think I'm in Massachusetts?! -- FusionX9, 2024-11-27 ### ***** "Great Rewards System (4.5 out of 5)" I really like the app and the rewards system overall! The recent update that lets you scan your rewards card from your phone is great. However, I wish the payment options were more flexible. Right now, it only supports Irving Debit Pay, but it would be better if, like some other gas station apps, you could link your debit or credit card, set an amount, or pay in full directly from the app. That would make it even more convenient! -- Ben A S, 2024-11-24 ### **--- "App doesn’t work half the time." Every time I try to use the app to pay at the pump it says the pump is not available. So frustrating. -- Macikay(:, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Run" You can’t delete your account and you have no choice as far as being targeted. -- Jordan Grace, 2024-11-18 ### ***-- "My Irving" Like the app but it doesn’t like to add the station if it’s not listed as Irving on the map. The stations are Irving and do take the debit pay cards but you can’t save any favorites. They need to update the app to accept the other stations. Otherwise it’s a good app. -- dora4361, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "Thanks a lot" After your last update whenever I try to pay at the pump I get told sorry something went wrong. Fix this pathetic incompetence and fix it now -- Chevy2500HD4x4, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "Never works anymore" I haven’t been able to use the app since August. Every time I go to activate the pump it asks me for my PIN. OK, no problem. I put in the PIN that I had been using all along. Then I get “something went wrong.” That’s it. Can’t do anything about it. No details. No way to reset my PIN. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Logged in to my rewards website. Everything checks out (still no way to reset my PIN). App is now useless. No worries. I’ll go to a different company where also have rewards. -- Coco_444, 2024-11-04 [View all MyIRVING reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MyIRVING Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Navigation | #184 | ## Apps Similar to MyIRVING - [Sunoco](https://apptail.io/app/sunoco-YYj/united-states) - [NH E-ZPass](https://apptail.io/app/nh-e-zpass-HdT/united-states) - [Foxwoods](https://apptail.io/app/foxwoods-XfT/united-states) - [FlyLogan](https://apptail.io/app/flylogan-YfT/united-states) - [Wynn Resorts](https://apptail.io/app/wynn-resorts-agT/united-states) - [ParkBoston – Boston Parking](https://apptail.io/app/parkboston-boston-parking-cgT/united-states) - [Sunday River - Maine](https://apptail.io/app/sunday-river-maine-dgT/united-states) - [Sugarloaf](https://apptail.io/app/sugarloaf-AhT/united-states) - [Sharktivity by AWSC](https://apptail.io/app/sharktivity-by-awsc-NJMc/united-states) - [Pride Stores & Stations](https://apptail.io/app/pride-stores-stations-vfRc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
