Ως εργοδοτης, θεωρω οτι η πλατφορμα ειναι για τα σκουπιδια. Οι εργοδοτες πληρωνουν για να ανεβασουν αγγελιες αλλα και για να δουν συγκεκριμενους υποψηφιους, οι οποιοι δεν φιλτραρονται απο την πλατφορμα για την φερεγγυοτητα τους. Στους 10 υποψηφιους που πληρωνεις για να εχεις επικοινωνια, οι 8 δεν απαντανε μηνυματα και δεν εμφανιζονται στις συνεντευξεις, χωρις καμια ουσιαστικη επιπτωση. Η εξυπηρετηση ειναι μηδενικη, καθως οι εκπροσωποι της πλατφορμας με πολυ ευγενικο τροπο σου απαντανε σε καθε περιπτωση οτι "αυτη ειναι η πολιτικη της εταιριας", ενω προσπαθουν να κανουν upsell σε πιο premium υπηρεσιες που ταχα μου θα σου λυσουν το προβλημα.

Maybe the app with the most problems at its use. Support is never available. You have to write the same message to the candidate like 5-6 times so the system accept it.  And above all the 40€ for one ad. No thank you.

Η συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή δίνει το δικαίωμα στην επιχείρηση να σου κάνει αναφορά για στις 2 ή στις 3 σου κλείνει ο λογαριασμός. Από την άλλη μεριά εγώ προσωπικά που έχω κλείσει συνεντεύξεις και υπήρχαν καθυστερήσεις ή πολλές φορές αναδιοργάνωση της συνεντεύξεις δεν μπορούσα να κάνω την παραμικρή κριτική στην επιχείρηση

Καλημέρα
Χρησιμοποίησα την εφαρμογή και εγώ και ο σύζυγός μου σε αντίστοιχες επιχειρήσεις.
Δυστυχώς οι υποψήφιοι που εμφανίζονται στην εφαρμογή είτε δεν ενδιαφέρονται τελικά να εργαστούν είτε περιμένουν να γίνουν Γενικοί Δντές.
Όσους έχουμε καλέσει για συνέντευξη ή ακόμη και για εργασία δεν εμφανίζονται ποτέ.
Ήδη μόνο σήμερα δεν παρουσιάστηκαν για συνέντευξη 6 άτομα με κλεισμένο ραντεβού!!!! Και ακόμη ένας που είχε συμφωνήσει να ξεκινήσει εργασία. 
Σίγουρα η εφαρμογή και η διαδικασία χρειάζεται σημαντική βελτίωση για να γίνει αποτελεσματική!!

Λυπάμαι αλλα εσείς της myjobnow δεν ελέγχετε τους εργοδότες ; γιατί αυτά που δημοσιεύουν στην εφαρμογή σας; πάνε άνθρωποι συγκεκριμένα για αυτα που ζητάει η αγγελία και οταν πας για συνέντευξη και σου λεει και για μέρες χωρις ένσημα ε τότε αυτο σαν εφαρμογη σας κάνει αυτομάτως αναξιόπιστους δεν γίνετε άλλα να δημοσιεύει στο myjobnow και στην
συνέντευξη να λέει άλλα! Άδικος  ο
κόπος που πας στην συνέντευξη.!
