e-aduan totally useless. Submit with all details including dashcam video, pictures and location coordinates but still it said maklumat tidak lengkap. At the end, report close without any action. Wasting time.

Asking for physical card as going to overseas soon. Go to the office, get you a number that wouldn’t be calling anymore and let you to sit there till they’re close. Trying to get if there any function to get message to the responsive department in the apps, but there’s don’t have a function for that.
