Great App

Fantastic service

I wish I had known about the bus a year and a half ago when I retired from the Navy and started my company riding the bus is really taught me about Jacksonville the GTA bosses are fantastic clean easy to get in and out for a retired veteran JTA bus is

App scheduling needs to be fixed

Buses do not come when the app says there is a bus coming. Then you have to wait over half an hour for a new bus. What’s the whole point of this app and try to help people get to their destination is buses don’t show up. And all GTA can say is we are sorry that does not help people with the time/ getting work, appts, school DO BETTER

JTA frequent rider

Downloaded the new version. So far, so good. Need to use it before making a final decision.

Not reliable

Nearly everyday I have trouble with our bus system. Just this morning there were 2 buses that were supposed to come that didn’t which made me late for work & my son late for school. It was the orange line that was supposed to pick up at 2660 Park Street at 6:56 & the green line that was supposed to leave from JRTC at 7:50. This is entirely unacceptable. I am a huge advocate of people using the bus system however not when it can not be relied upon.
