## MyKaarma Reviews in United States

### *---- "Clunky"
Super clunky, slow, sometimes just won’t upload your videos, crashes a lot, takes up tons of storage on your phone.
-- Isaacway2hood, 2025-09-23

### *---- "👎"
I hate how many times I have to log in every day to upload and send videos super slowly 🤦🏽‍♂️
-- playermamba, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Way to many bugs and glitches"
App fails more often than it works. Hard to make money as a flat rate tech when I have to spend my time troubleshooting this App instead of fixing cars.
-- I Hate Your App7, 2025-09-10

### *---- "Too many steps"
Too many steps. Slows down everything. Can’t review what parts quoted. Waist of time and complicate everything.
-- GT ford tech, 2025-09-04

### *---- "Such a shame"
My company has had the misfortune of using MyKaarma for almost a year now. The general consensus is that it’s terrible. With the daily crash and typical software bugs it counters the whole purpose of itself. Information gets lost or not recorded at all. The decision to move from Autopoint to MyKarrma was based of corporate budget cuts and you definitely get what you pay for. As a flat rate technician this move is actually costing me money. Such a shame.
-- TheRonP30, 2025-08-29

### *---- "Acura Tech"
NOT GOOD FOR FLAT RATE TECHS. Constantly crashing, unable to upload photos or videos at times. Fails to save text once and while. The app is too formal for daily use. Need something SIMPLER!
-- JPAcura1, 2025-08-06

### **--- "Options"
I wish there was a way when you aren’t at your desk you can see what mpi and recommendations was sent to the customer. Not just check in and messages.
-- elisaannku, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Why update when it doesn’t work?"
I currently update and the app keeps crashing down as I try to start it up. Takes more than 10 tries to get it to work. Needs an update for this!!
-- Angie-Kazama, 2025-07-23

### *---- "Difficult"
After a million app updates, I still have to open the app twice before I can actually use it, and It’s difficult to navigate
-- Junko D, 2025-07-08

### **--- "Needs some work"
I use this at work just like everyone else on here. Sometimes you have to launch the app 4 to 5 times just to get to the home page.
