## myKCMO Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible"
The app won’t let me submit any reports due to various issues. This app somehow manages to be more useless than Kansas City’s Civic “Leaders”.
-- ballstomper847, 2024-11-28

### *---- "See below"
Very slow and glitchy
-- Ffhlvsyjchjx, 2024-06-15

### *---- "Completely Nonfunctional"
I needed to report an issue and I was “Timed Out” multiple times. It is so slow. I eventually gave up. Save yourself some time and report online or by phone.
-- Jafar81, 2024-05-13

### *---- "Slow"
The app is extremely slow and it does not let you input locations manually or by searching. There’s never suggested addresses that pop up like the app says it does. You can’t file an issue if they require an address. Horrible app
-- MKDH84, 2024-05-07

### ***-- "Maps Not Loading"
With current version of app the map to report an issue / the location is not working and stays loading / saying “please wait”. Very frustrating / can’t report anything
-- Ndndndbbd, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Navigation"
The mapping on this app does not work. The search by address, city, state or zip code does not work. Trying to move the location directly on the map moves about a half mile every 3 minutes. Please use a different development company to fix the map issue. It makes this app essentially useless.
-- laurlaur1015, 2024-05-05

### *---- "Network issues/times out"
No matter if on Wi-Fi or cellular data, this app always seems to time out and fail to submit reports repeatedly. With this error it’s basically useless.
-- 816Brandon, 2023-10-15

### *---- "Isn’t helpful"
I downloaded this app and deleted it the same day. The app doesn’t allow you to simply report an issue you must select from a list and in my case my problem wasn’t listed. Sadly the app wasn’t useful AT ALL.
-- Real Thyme, 2023-07-31

### *---- "Needs some work"
App is wonky, no back button if you make the wrong selection. Navigation is not intuitive nor user friendly. You can’t easily go from one section to another. I had to close out the app several times to navigate back to home.
-- Taxpayerkcmo, 2023-05-21

### *---- "Horrible"
Not surprisingly, the KCMO app is AWFUL…not intuitive, cumbersome, and you’re really never sure your request was a) submitted, or b) received. Calling is not much better but at least you talk to someone (usually who is clearly not enthralled with their job, customer service be damned)
