Using the MyKey fare system, riders have a convenient way to pay for IndyGo bus service, including all local bus routes and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) routes. Using the MyKey app: •Create a MyKey account. • Pay your IndyGo bus fare by scanning your mobile app QR code on a MyKey fare validator. • Add value to your MyKey card or MyKey app using a credit or debit card. • Check your account balance of your MyKey card or MyKey app. • Transfer funds between your MyKey app and MyKey card(s). • Manage and update your MyKey account. • Set up auto-reload on your mobile app or fare card so that you never run low on funds. • Link your account to a family member or friend’s account so they can manage your fare media balance. • Plan a trip using IndyGo’s online trip planner. • Send messages to IndyGo Customer Service. • View your transaction history. When ready to ride, validate your fare by scanning the mobile QR code on a local bus or at a BRT station platform. In addition to the MyKey app, MyKey fare cards are also available to pay for your fare. Reloadable MyKey cards can be purchased at the Downtown Transit Center or any BRT station platform using a ticket vending machine. Your MyKey card and card balance can be managed and reloaded using the MyKey app. To pay with your MyKey card, simply tap your card on the fare validator target on a local bus or at a BRT station platform. Every ride needs to be validated using validators on local buses. When you create an account using the MyKey app, you will automatically have daily and weekly fare capping applied to your MyKey app and any MyKey cards associated with your account. With daily fare capping you will never pay more than $6 per day ($3 for reduced fare customers) and with weekly fare capping you will never pay more than $24.75 per week ($12.15 for reduced fare customers). The MyKey fare system will operate alongside the existing cash fareboxes, which will still be used for cash fare collection and vending of one-day passes. MyKey+, powered by EZfare. ## MyKey+ Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/1b/5c/94/1b5c9412-740e-ec67-9aee-09fe264d1d3c/Home.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/5c/05/ba/5c05ba7d-d5a8-f589-28c7-cc4333914221/Stations.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d8/59/34/d859340c-022b-b60c-3949-7d5c35cc10c8/Payment.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d4/46/51/d446513e-adf7-93ec-558f-7ae2339808d6/Payment_With_Apple_Pay.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/c1/44/86/c14486e1-c9ca-9ee4-895d-b0224f03294c/Ticket-6.png/1242x2688.png) ## MyKey+ Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 8 (67%) - 4 stars: 1 (8%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (8%) - 1 stars: 2 (17%) ## MyKey+ Reviews in United States ### *---- "Low balance" Keeps saying low balance (on the bus) when I use the last 2.75 on my account and the bus drivers keep pressing me like i didn’t pay n then I gotta show them that I paid. On the bus it should just say approved not (valid, low balance) it’s confusing n i don’t wanna have to keep defending myself like i don’t pay when I been riding the bus system in indy for over two years now with only two times I’ve had to ask for a Curtesy ride. Terrible, I like some of the new features but bus drivers treating me like I ain’t got money is crazy while there’s bums that ride for free everyday. -- PoetSaidEtt, 2026-07-08 [View all MyKey+ reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to MyKey+ - [Bike Lane Uprising](https://apptail.io/app/bike-lane-uprising-xyO/united-states) - [myStop Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/mystop-mobile-ThX/united-states) - [BCycle](https://apptail.io/app/bcycle-zMfb/united-states) - [MyKey - IndyGo](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-indygo-Auob/united-states) - [IndyGo Mobility](https://apptail.io/app/indygo-mobility-klbc/united-states) - [rMove®: Travel Survey](https://apptail.io/app/rmove-travel-survey-dvMc/united-states) - [BusGenius](https://apptail.io/app/busgenius-hBrd/united-states) - [Rides2U](https://apptail.io/app/rides2u-LWEn/united-states) - [R2U Connect](https://apptail.io/app/r2u-connect-iSQq/united-states) - [JAGLINE](https://apptail.io/app/jagline-osdu/united-states) ## MyKey+ Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/united-states) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/belarus) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/belize) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/germany) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/ecuador) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/spain) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/kuwait) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/lithuania) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/nigeria) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/nepal) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/peru) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/poland) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/romania) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/sweden) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/taiwan) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/uganda) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/mykey-NjNA/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
