I absolutely love this app. Just being able to see what my child has done throughout the day and also being able to communicate with his teachers.
I love the app, but I would tweak a few things! 1. Have individual messages from the daycare appear in the messaging tab instead of the general notifications tab. 2. Have notifications appear in a timely manner always.
This app does everything you would want. Messaging with teachers, push notifications, photos posted by teachers, and intake forms. It just doesn’t do them very well. For example, all of the fields where you select a value to enter like pick up time or person picking up are extremely buggy. For example, I might set the time to say 3:45 PM and hit OK. What value does it enter? Who cares because it’s definitely not 3:45 PM on the first attempt.
I love this app so much! I am able to see my child’s progress throughout the day!
App is pretty simple and easy to use. Feel there are unnecessary features that take up space. True value of the app for us is updates on activities across the day. App updates in real time so easy to see how their day is going throughout the day.
Crappy app. The notifications arrive late. They remove your access to the app without telling you why. They don’t allow multiple accounts for your child as if children didn’t have 2 parents. Don’t buy this crap.
Nothing great and is probably the same since inception. Ok to have but definitely not a need to.
The app has a defect in reporting information in a timely manner. When it works like it’s supposed to, it’s great. It also doesn’t offer any “how to use” for people who are less tech savvy. I am pretty savvy, but this just doesn’t cause anything but a headache for me.
I love it when the staff uses it
