Alas, the screen remains phone sized even when used on an iPad.  It is therefore too fiddly to use by an old man with large fingers.  Direct interaction with the Lakeland website is far better. I’m going to remove this app.

Tried to log in with my my Lakeland card but the 1 time code never arrived in my email account despite several attempts so then tried to set up new account but was greeted with an error message and please try again later! Deleted the app.

I keep getting notifications telling me I have a 20% discount or a 10% discount voucher. Yet, open the app and.. nothing. Turning notifications off as they just annoy me now.

Not sure of the point of the app as you have to login to be able to view current/historical orders. I suppose it’s handy having a shortcut on my home screen to get me to Lakeland quicker, but functionality-wise I still need to login with email address and password each time, so a bit ‘meh’ really.

This was a real disappointment. Why am I greeted with a silly word game when I go to the Home Screen on the app?  Really essential features are missing or hard to find - I’m thinking of “My orders” or a wish list. Why no Apple Pay?  The app tries too hard with the hard sell and doesn’t make ordering easy. Fewer ads and offers please and more simplicity of use!
