## MYLO1 Reviews in India

### *---- "Pathetic app and service"
Poor customer care
-- Neeraj Mumbai, 2025-12-12

### *---- "Pathetic service"
I booked a ride, reached the pick up before time, bus not arrived, kept waiting. Their tracking feature does not work. 10 min after pick up time, called customer support, call not picked. Got whatsapp message, the bus has broken down. This app being run by highly unprofessional, uneducated people. Big No. 👎👎
-- Himanshu_321, 2025-09-05

### *---- "Unreliable Service – Booking & Money Wasted"
Very disappointed with Mylo bus service. I booked a seat from Dombivli East to Thane West (route 4404) at 7:45 am, but no proper bus was at the stop. The app’s map showed a bus, but without name or number. The driver denied it was my bus, and there was no notification, no contact, and no clear details on the app. My booking amount got wasted. Poor service and zero reliability.
-- Mukesh Thorat, 2025-08-08

### *---- "Scamming People in name of bus service."
The bus left 15 minutes late from its source. The driver stopped for a second, saw me struggling to open the door, didn’t assist me at all and drove past me hurriedly. Now the customer service forcefully wants to refund me the amount in their own wallet so that I waste my time again fiddling with their faulty doors and unprofessional driver. Urging all corporate executives to avoid mylo as you’ll have to pay double charges for cab later on to reach office on time. It’s a trap.
-- Kashish_P, 2025-06-17

### ***** "BUS ON TIME SCHEDULE/ NEAT & CLEAN"
Very Convenient Mylo buses with Professional Bus Driver.
Rate vise Half the price of City Flow.
User friendly App
-- JDA was, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Third class app"
One of the worst app i ever seen
-- Manav645, 2024-12-02

### *---- "No Proper Support"
I have been giving feedback on your customer care mail id but no acknowledgment from your side. I dont know whether you guys really want to expand yourself and service or not. There is no service from Thane Kasarvadavli - Santacruz Kalina Central Plaza or near Windsor stop. I dont know why but there are hundreds of people commuting from CityFlo and you dont have service on this route..!!
-- Chirag10, 2024-09-26

### *---- "App doesnt work"
The app should atleast open. Once its logged in it doesnt further go ahead and gets stuck on the access to location stage.
I think there is some issue with the app in iOS
-- Redhatcertified, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Horrible !!"
Clumsy app that never startsup due to some location issue. Have been trying since last many weeks on ios , but doesnt work. the app developers need some better interface or they lose out on business if I just cannot use the app.
-- Rajat2412, 2024-08-04

### **--- "Application not working"
Some bug in the application. The logo is appearing but it doesn’t move forward. I am not able to track the bus or book the tickets. Kindly fix it
