The scan is not working
The scan is not working properly won’t scan any tickets and still not working it’s been 4 weeks now
Bad lotto app
Bad enough having to update app every 5 minutes but having facial recognition pop up when you have it turned off is suspect to me.im deleting this app and back to the corner shop. I sent a complaint but no joy.

Frustrating. Every time there’s an update the app won’t let me log in.

Scanner unable to focus
My iPhone 15 pro camera focuses just fine outside of the lotto app, in the app, I have to hold the camera about 20-30cm away to get a clear image - which is too far to scan. Surely you can use some of those millions of dollars to create a functioning app???
Ripped off
So like I logged into my lotto account and I was playing in the games section and like not even 2 seconds later I clicked on a $1 game and the screen shows up with not a winner try again and I just paid just to be ripped off hard!! This isn’t the first time it’s happened
Frequent bugs
Constant messages saying ‘we’re encountering technical issues’ blah blah. Will stop working for weeks at a time before the problems are fixed. By that point idgaf about my tickets anymore ahah. Waste of time
Always problems with this app that they take an age to remedy
Mediocre. Problems are slow to be responded to and resolved/fixed. Can’t be trusted with the amount of glitches. Latest issue is the app won’t let me top up my account using the card they have saved. Card number and details are all correct and have been the same since I opened the account.
Takes my money but doesn’t give me a effing ticket! Thieves!!!!
Zero stars!! BS app takes money off me but when I go to top up and get a ticket it says contact customer service. Only second time I’ve tried to use it after buying a ticket fine the first time. Thanks thieves!!
