• review your claims history and payment information, and see the status of your claims
• see your Health Spending Account balances (if applicable)
• view and edit your personal contact and banking information 
• view beneficiaries and dependents
• view your benefits card and benefits booklet
• contact us with any questions you may have

Tried calling for banked hours all I got was you need to pay. Downloaded the app no option to create an account. Tried using my name and certificate number got incorrect user and password. Seems like just pay us and we’ll look after it. I’ll be bringing this up in our next meeting see who else is getting the runaround.
