After countless attempts, every time it failed with a message saying “there was a problem processing your request. Please try again.” I left several messages to the App support team, all that were ignored. Why does Mater Private waste patients time pushing an App that clearly doesn’t work and is not supported. This is the worse example of badly implementing an App for no apparent reason. Dear Mater Hospital, stop referring to this stupid App and delete it. If you call Mater Private, you have to sit through ads for this thing and you’re unlikely to get through to someone to do what you need to do because they’ve allegedly delegated so many tasks to a self-service app. App is no fit for purpose and should be removed from the store.
