Useless app
Doesn’t allow me to log in half the time and when it does, it keeps logging me out
Don’t waste time trying to use this stupid App
As a stubborn individual, I tried for days to register for this stupid App using the MRN number provided. After countless attempts, every time it failed with a message saying “there was a problem processing your request. Please try again.” I left several messages to the App support team, all that were ignored. Why does Mater Private waste patients time pushing an App that clearly doesn’t work and is not supported. This is the worse example of badly implementing an App for no apparent reason. Dear Mater Hospital, stop referring to this stupid App and delete it. What a waste of time.
Works intermittently
This app is not updated often enough to address the ongoing issues that it has.
Brutal App
Really bad app. Not fit for purpose at all. Never worked correctly from the outset. Have done my best to engage with the app but I’ve finally given up. Just remove it. It’s an embarrassment for a private hospital. Disappointing.
Does not work and not maintained
Multiple attempts made to use the app over the past few months and it has never once worked. Latest issue is I can’t log in because “User details missing!” and there’s no way for the user to resolve this. If you call Mater Private, you have to sit through ads for this thing and you’re unlikely to get through to someone to do what you need to do because they’ve allegedly delegated so many tasks to a self-service app. App is no fit for purpose and should be removed from the store. Especially poor state of affairs for a private hospital invested in service design.
Joke of an app.
Not a ⭐️ minus one star, tried installing this app several times, each time it fails - saying information is missing, but nothing is missing. Joke of an app. Can’t even submit a review as nickname keeps saying it’s in use.?
Registration does not work
Sent in an infinite loop of email verifications, terms acceptance and personal details input, only to be told each time at the end that there is a problem with processing my request.

I find the app is not updated and does not include my appointments. Very frustrating Gerard McHugh
