## myMaxxSouth Reviews in United States

### *---- "They lie"
It says you can pay your bill online but you CANT. If you try to log into the page to pay your bill, it’ll say you don’t have an account or wrong password/user. You can reset it as many times as you want, it will NOT let you in to pay your bill. I have a baby at home on leave and can’t drive, and my husband works until the shop closes, so hopefully I can figure out how to go pay my bill..
-- queentonya0, 2025-02-20

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Won’t let you log in even if you have your username and password typed in correctly.
-- Snc1994, 2024-03-15

### *---- "Useless"
Several calls to support unhelpful. The app and website cannot be accessed without call for support. Worst/most useless app on my phone (deleted).
-- nic334, 2023-12-15

### *---- "Can’t pay bill. Barely works."
It directs you to a help page that doesn’t even work. Useless app.
-- HoodiniMagicOwl, 2023-11-07

### *---- "Worst app ever!"
This app is useless! It wouldn’t let me check my account, pay my bill, or do anything else. I’ve deleted it and would give it zero stars if that were possible.
-- june-o2, 2022-12-01

### *---- "App is terrible"
If I could rate a 0 I would! I downloaded the app and I tried to sign in with my credentials and it said they were not recognized. I reset my password like it asked me to do and it still did not recognize. Was not worth my time.
-- willnotacceptanythingnegative, 2022-10-15

### *---- "Couldn’t even login"
Par for the course for Maxxsouth. Couldn’t even login with my credentials. Reset my password and still wouldn’t allow me to loggin.
-- Siz13$, 2022-07-26

### *---- "WORST APP I’VE EVER USED"
ABSOLUTELY WORST APP EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I HAD ANOTHER CHOICE OF INTERNET I WOILDN’t HESITATE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY WORST APP AND INTERNET PROVIDER I’VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-- Sky21122, 2022-06-26

### ***** "Great App!"
