The site says, with giddy enjoyment, that they update frequently and they do seem to update. but never any real functionality improvement. How about leaving alone until you have an actual update? Or is the app so fragile and insecure that constant tinkering is required just to have a modicum of security?

Overall, the app is decent but lacks a few key features to make it stand out. 

First, it is not nearly as clean as other investment or banking apps such as Amex or Vanguard. 

Second, the secure messaging is really clunky. Signing forms is not nearly as simple as it could be with programs like Docusign. The document doesn’t jump to next signature or tell you what page you are on. 

App is decent but needs improvement.
