## MyMilkman.ie Reviews in Ireland

### ****- "Milk delivery"
So handy to have delivered to the door
-- Mutlie123, 2026-09-03

### *---- "Awful"
No way to stop them delivering stale milk on random days. Tried talking to them but also useless
-- JonnyKenyon, 2026-09-02

### ***** "Easy"
The app is so easy to use and just gives me one less thing to worry about.
-- Ace77776, 2026-08-13

### ***** "Our milkman is so helpful"
You may pay a little more for the milk but it’s worth it.
They have lots of products it’s not just milk and I can pause the delivery whenever I wish.
I’m a happy customer. 😃
-- Ter&Der, 2026-08-03

### ***** "Great service"
I signed up about 4 weeks ago and honestly I can’t fault this service at all. I have a large family of 7 within the household and we use a lot of dairy products the app is easy to use so when I want to add certain products or take them off I can do so at the click of a button and now I don’t have to worry about running out of my milk, eggs, orange juice etc and what’s better is it’s delivered straight to my door so no more running to the shops when I run out and this will especially be handy when the kids are back to school
-- Emzo 52, 2026-08-02

### *---- "Gone off milk"
Clumps came out of the carton that’s in date for 1 week apparently
-- Scandalous.., 2026-07-27

### *---- "A total scam - avoid"
The don’t deliver when scheduled, the produce goes off or is eaten by birds, they take random days off and never tell you and worst of all they make it IMPOSSIBLE (I mean impossible) to cancel. The app won’t let you cancel and are instructed to call customer services which I am almost sure doesn’t exist. There is no reason they can’t let you reduce your order to zero in the app, they are deliberately choosing to scam you when you want to leave due to poor service.
-- Scammy company, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Easy to join, hard to leave"
The delivery service is fine, but the cancellation process is surprisingly difficult. Despite having a “Delete Account” section in the app, you cannot actually delete your account yourself. You have to contact customer support during office hours and wait for an agent to process the request.

For a modern subscription service, this feels outdated and unnecessarily frustrating. If customers can sign up online in minutes, they should be able to cancel online just as easily.

Worth knowing before you subscribe.
-- ruth_ob, 2026-06-01

### *---- "Avoid"
Customer service is non existent. Impossible to cancel and delete account. They have a chat which nobody responds to, was on phone ages couldn’t get through and no response from email. Should be easily able to delete account from the app but instead they make it impossible to do.
-- Juliannoconnor, 2026-03-18

### ***** "Great Service"
Fantastic service, the route we had in the killester / clontarf area was absolutely ideal when it came to delivery. Very inexpensive and convenient altogether.

If you’re looking to avoid making many trips to shops midweek or if you consume a lot of dairy products / juice in the home the service is a lifesaver.
