It’s been this way for years! How can you not fix this…for years?? Does someone in IT have an iPhone?? It’s the 21st century…this should just Work. (Yes, I have the latest IOS, yes, I have the latest version of the app. Yes, I have rebooted…) -- Tom9837, 2025-06-14 ### *---- "Cannot open ANY documents, bills, etc" This app used to work perfectly. I just got off the phone with billing who says I’m delinquent because I haven’t paid my bill. When I go into the app, there are no bills, and there are no statements, and there’s nothing indicating I owe any money. The woman on the customer service line said that anyone using an Apple device will not be able to open the documents in the app or on the web, you need to use a Windows device. That’s not helpful and it used to work. So how am I supposed to know that I owe a fee? Anyways, until it is fixed, this app will be getting one star from me. The only complaint I have is the Touch ID login function using iPhone occasionally stops working and I’m forced to use userid and password to login; the only way to fix this fault is to delete and reinstall the app, then login with userid and password to turn Touch ID on again.
