I tried signing up, but it just wouldn’t let me. The customer service is incredibly unhelpful – they don’t even ask for relevant information to help fix the issue. They just keep saying they’ll “fix your account,” but nothing ever happens. It feels like a scam, honestly. The process is so slow, and they only verify your phone number, not your email, which is very strange. I’ve been waiting forever for this to be resolved, and I still have no idea if it will ever work. Definitely not worth your time

Today I decided to stop using Monty. I loved this app and actually wanted to rely on it, but I faced an issue, 
changing my phone number
it became a nightmare!!! 
I contacted their support, and guess what? It’s IMPOSSIBLE to change your number! The only solution? Delete my account😂 and start over with a new one. Are you serious? What if someone else gets my old number? They’d have access to my messages and transfers!

And that’s not even the worst part! The app is painfully slow
payments and transfers just keep loading endlessly. They’ve been promising new features for almost a YEAR, and nothing has changed.

Anw There are other services out there that are miles better than this, and I’m done wasting my time here!

I tried speaking with an agent via whatsapp, they replied, while the issue was not yet addressed, the agent stopped responding, I called to speak via phone call, they told to wait for the whatsapp agent to reply. I’ve been waiting for 4 hours with no response.
