After receiving the code, entering it and submitting it, the app shuts down and closes. Unable to log in. -- TravMass, 2026-06-23 ### ***** "Does its job very well" I can’t believe I’m reviewing a local utilities app, but I noticed a recent update was about making the code current and modern. I’m in IT and I know that is no small task. It usually means it’ll be more secure and have capacity for newer features. So I wanted to drop by and say how impressed I have been with the app over the last couple of years. I had no trouble paying my bill online, I like seeing the usage breakdown, and the charts and data for my billing history are a cool and well-executed feature. In extremely stormy weather, I have been impressed by how accurate and quick the outage data shows up, and it’s cool to see via this app how quickly outages get resolved.
