App is not working , why cant such a big company develop a user friendly app?

You would think that a phone company would actually get a phone app right but no. As much as this app works, it crashes randomly and is extremely slow. No smoothness to it all and takes a 100 years to process each click The other service provider apps are much much better Please fix this ASAP MTN!!! The app has been around for a while now

Please remove the app off your phone with immediate effect. MTN have informed me that their app has been compromised and our information can be accessed by scammers. This has come to light upon my airtime being sent to a number on the 13/02/2024 and I used the app on the 12/02/2024. MTN have NOT advised their customers accordingly of this issue they have at all and that is scary.

Information not relevant. OTP EVERY DAY WASTE OF TIME

This app is wrought with bugs. The phone number required to enter the app does not reflect on the screen so one just cannot access it. I have deleted and downloaded the app thrice but to no avail. Lost unnecessary data.

You would expect that a company like MTN would have a App that works.... wrong ! A total waste of time , no balance, no usage... just not working . What works is the massage .. please try later !

Only loads yellow front page with no buttons or options to click!! No menu, nada! Complete kuk.

Tried it numerous times and it simply wouldn’t let me even use the app for a South African number? Cameroon? No problem. Congo? No problem. Every other country but SA? (You get the idea)

Wanted to give it a ZERO RATING...enter a 9 digit number starting with 6xxxxxxx but when I do it says incorrect 🤦🏽‍♂️ besides that there’s also a network issue

After recent updates I cannot switch to linked numbers to check balances and update data share settings. Inconvenient as I have been using this useful feature for years
