Unbelievably difficult to use. Difficult to load and register. Finally get that right - then try buy and pay for a permit! Fire the developer - obviously never actually tried to use it

Love the idea, but is just never works 👎

The app crashes all the time. Half of the time i get “internal error”. Pathetic.

I tried every method of payment- none worked.

Says swipe to continue. Doesn’t swipe. This app doesn’t work. Trying to register…! Frustrating.

What is the point of making the effort to download an app when one cannot even purchase a permit or view any explore content, routes, etc? Continuous errors which make the app more than useless.

While I appreciate the ease of buying a permit via an app, the app doesn't work half the time. I can't access the routes, permits etc. This makes the experience very frustrating. Please fix the bugs.

Great idea but executed poorly. Tried buying an annual jonkers permit but just presented with error message when trying to add to basket. Whats the point then.

Really excited about where this app is going. Looking forward to the new version which will make booking of trails simpler and improved maps. Love that there are a team of passionate people driving this initiative.
