I've been this mental health app a few months, it has truly been! The ability to to my therapist through secure and video calls has a game-changer allowing for flexible and sessions that fit into busy schedule.

The is user-friendly and incredibly. One feature that out is the daily tracker. It allows to log my emotions thoughts throughout the day providing me and my therapist valuable insights into my health patterns. The tracker also includes prompts activities that encourage reflection mindfulness, making it integral part of my daily.

The app also a library of resources including articles, guideditations, and coping that have been immensely. The design is clean and calming, and the are gentle reminders rather disruptive alerts.

Overall this app has significantly improved my mental health management It's like having a supportive companion in my pocket at all times. Highly recommend to anyone seeking convenient and comprehensive mental health support!

Mental health is very important as it can dictate our moods, the way we see ourselves & view others, as well as how we treat others. I would encourage everyone, especially men to take responsibility, accountability, and courage to seek a therapist to help unpack life’s challenges. This app is an excellent resource to do so.

This App and concept is innovative! 

Been on this app for a little over a month and it’s wonders! Every-time I have workload , stress , or any type of anxiety I book an appointment using a very simple questionnaire to help me reach a therapist who specializes in exactly what I need! The process for setting appointments, finding community workshops , and even having your own electronic journal is so easy and super efficient! 

I couldn’t be more happy with the results !
