What’d you expect
Doesn’t work, hard to believe a state govt app doesn’t work. It just keep loading, and loading, and loading! It’s just like going to the dmv in person, slow and incompetent.

App doesn’t work, trying to pay on line
I am 86, unable to stand in line so I have tried all day to renew registration and pay taxes. Page will not come up. Nothing has been fixed!!!
Horrible for senior citizens

If I get an error message with every request then why did I download this garbage.. worst government agency in NC along with the worst app ever made.
Not working
App is not working, after entering renewal information, hit search and it goes blank.
Could be awesome
I think the app can work but every time I try to use it for basic items like register my car or now registering to vote the app bugs out during the steps while you talk to the chat bot. Registering to vote takes a while to bring up a keyboard the first time. Enter license info. Click the ssn second and something takes over the entire screen in the app where you can’t type or see. And you can’t even go back to start over you have to close and open the app. Rebooted phone. Reinstalled app. It’s just always so clunky when it could just be pretty awesome.
It makes no difference whether you use a website or this application
I have never seen a DMV system this dysfunctional. Appointment cannot be made. Driving license printing takes 2 months.
