## Mynd Resident Reviews in United States

### *---- "The Worst App Ever"
It is so amazing when you MUST use this app to pay your rent, but the app doesnt load, just leaves you on a white screen and or says “we’re verifying your information please allow 3 business days”, don’t expect them to take that late payment off.
-- dhazelett, 2026-02-25

### *---- "App"
The app is awful
-- Pooh0323, 2026-01-26

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I have to lie to the bot every time I need a case created so that I can talk to a human being. Otherwise it just loops. House is on fire. Locusts eating the foundation. Floods in the garage. On the bright side, I know how to get a human now. Panic the bot and you will reach customer service. Also, it will take you 7-8 times of trying to pay your rent before you can actually pay your rent. I don’t know what Tylenol snorter thought this app was a good idea, but you truly suck at your job.

### *---- "Absolutely Awful"
Everything about this company is absolutely awful and this app is just an icon for that whole statement!

This company DOES NOT WANT to speak to their tenants so they do not provide phone numbers or emails. Your only option is to message through the app. And because they don’t want to speak to tenants, the only messaging option is an AI chatbot that doesn’t actually work.

They even recently removed the repair request system and turned that into a chatbot. The chatbot doesn’t understand anything you tell it and constantly errors out.

This is not “Yelp”, and opinions about the company are meaningless posted here, but everyone else is right, MYND is an absolutely horrible management company with zero credibility, accountability, or skill for managing property or supporting the people who live in the units. Also, they are a national company and don’t bother to learn the unique laws about the areas they serve. I have had to educate them, multiple times about the rental laws in my area. How many less knowledgeable tenants have they bilked out of money, illegally charging fees?!?

I hate this app with a passion and were I not in a rent controlled apartment in an unaffordable economy, I would move out in a heartbeat!

### *---- "App sucks"
This app sucks
-- Brigit Deluna, 2025-12-21

### *---- "Terrible… just terrible"
This management company is the worst to deal with, very difficult to find a number to talk to a real person when dealing with maintenance issues or anything for that matter. When you do get someone real they do not deal with your concerns and instead say that they “will send it over to their management.” Do not ever lease property with this management company. If I could give ZERO STARS they would be getting it, one star feels too generous.
-- JTSharkey, 2025-11-05

### ***** "Amazing!"
They’ve been an amazing rental company. They’ve accommodated me and been so communicative. They’re the best!!
-- rita swish, 2025-10-21

### *---- "Crooked"
Parasites $$$$ cravers !! Don’t waste your $$$$ and time you can’t never get back with this company!! Run!! Don’t do it!!!
-- Roccochino, 2025-08-22

### *---- "LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS"
Everyone who works for this company is so useless. They have no clue how to do their jobs. The last six months I have rented under them have been the worst six months of my life. They won’t fix anything, they won’t answer your messages, they won’t do anything. Worst management company ever.
-- Al goes pro, 2025-07-29

### *---- "DO NOT USE"
This management company is the WORST. Every single person that has “helped” me has been extremely incompetent. So glad to have moved out of a rental that uses mynd so I never have to deal with them again. Oh and just the cherry on top is the fact that they are having such difficulty giving me back my security deposit!!! At first saying it would be deposited into my bank and then now saying it was sent via mail almost two weeks ago? How do YOU not know how YOU are sending me my money??? Just sounds like they are holding onto it until they can’t any longer. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are someone that owns property, definitely do not use Mynd because it will deter tenants away. Even if a rental house/apt is perfect, I will not sign if they use Mynd.
