Tot voor kort had ik een oude iPhone 6s en hierop werkte de app prima. Sinds mijn nieuwe iPhone 15 pro kan ik geen nieuwe afspraken meer maken, inschrijven lukt wel. Heb helpdesk hierover gecontacteerd, maar ze kunnen geen oplossing vinden. Achteruitgang met nieuwe gsm😞

Na de bug fix om de synchronisatie met de agenda te herstellen, werkt dit niet meer bij mij. Vóór de bug fix werkte het wèl.

Om de één of andere reden weigerde de app plots Face ID waardoor ik geen toegang meer had. De app verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd , mijn iPhone opnieuw proberen registreren via de laptop als nieuwe gebruiker maar verder dan het scannen van de QR code geraak ik helaas niet. M.a.w. ik kan de app niet meer consulteren. En via de helpdesk kom ik ook geen stap verder…….

Bij enrolment in de app via itsme zie je na bevestiging van Itsme in een flits al je persoonlijke gegevens. Dit lijkt me een debug modus die niet afgezet is.

Fantastisch goed app, heel.overzichtelijk en heel volledig!
Maar alsjeblieft zorg voor de mogelijkheid van notifications!
Voor een nieuw afspraak, bericht, verslag, whatever...
ELKE app heeft dat van rode bolletjes tot banners tot notification resume.
Nu moet je eigenlijk elke dag inloggen of hopen dat de mails erover niet in de spam belanden, maar dan nog: een mail om te laten weten dat er nieuws is ?!?

Link voor ondersteuning via de app store op iphone werkt ook niet. Vandaar deze slechte recensie in de hoop dat deze bug via hier wordt opgemerkt
