## MyNice Welcome HK Description
Commandez la porte de votre garage avec vos appareil Apple, en toute simplicité. MyNice Welcome HK est l'app qui vous permet d’ouvrir, de fermer et de contrôler l’état de votre porte de garage automatisée Nice, reliée à l’interface Nice IT4WIFI qui utilise la technologie HomeKit. 
L'app MyNice Welcome HK, disponible pour iPhone et Apple Watch, utilise le protocole HomeKit pour configurer les mouvements de la porte de votre garage. 
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser Siri ou la fonction de géolocalisation de votre appareil pour commander la porte de votre garage de manière encore plus simple : configurez votre « zone de domicile » et la porte de votre garage s’ouvrira automatiquement lorsque vous arriverez à la maison, puis se fermera une fois que vous serez parti. 
Avec MyNice Welcome HK, vous pouvez créer des scénarios ou programmer des actions individuelles ou récurrentes, et commander le tout également à distance.

Cet app ne fonctionne plus sous ios et elle est même néfaste au fonctionnement de la domotique nice avec Homekit. Pas très sérieux de la part de nice de conserver cette app sur le store

Mon module wi-fi se déconnecter régulièrement 
Amazon changé en SAV, exactement pareil Pourtant j’ai un répéteur wi-fi qui est à moins de 3 m avec une wi-fi 6 je vais le bazarder il serait temps pour une marque comme Nice de faire quelque chose modifier le matériel ou une mise à jour, mais là c’est une catastrophe à bannir

Depuis 2 ans que j’ai l’interface iT4wifi ça n’a jamais fonctionné correctement plus de 2 semaines sans devoir rebooter le module…. Même avec HomeKit Maison d’Apple c’est sans arrêt appareil sans réponse… Aucune mise à jour de l’application et depuis peu l’application crash à l’ouverture….

Livebox dernière génération + répéteur wifi à proximité immédiate du module Nice
Toutes les 1m30 environ le module devient injoignable , timeout au ping.
C’est très gênant et agaçant.
J’attends une mise à jour digne de ce nom pour corriger ce bug car évidemment Nice refuse de me reprendre le module.

IT4 avec motorisation toona Nice. Facile à paramétrer, fonctionne bien. En revanche après un an d’utilisation le gros point faible : la connectivité. En fonction des box internet le
Boîtier se déconnecte définitivement et  on est alors obligé de le re-parametrer ce qui est hyper désagréable. ( expériences sur Livebox 5 et 6 orange )
Solution trouvée : faire passer sa box en bandes 5GHZ et 2,4 GHZ séparés. Je confirme donc la solution apportée par un utilisateur un peu plus haut. 
Depuis le boîtier se déconnecte parfois MAIS il se reconnecte tout seul ( micro-coupures). Envoi parfois des notifications indésirables.

Ce sera un 3 étoiles dommage ça fonctionne bien hormis ce problème de connectivité.

### *---- "Pas de MAJ des modules IT4WIFI… 😡"
Ces modules fonctionnent tant qu’on redémarre pas le wifi sur la box ou le routeur (ce qui arrive assez souvent pour les mise à jour par exemple…) où à ce moment là ils sont incapables de retrouver le réseau wifi tous seuls…
Obligé très régulièrement s’ouvrir mon boîtier moteur du portail ou j’ai mis le module, de débrancher son petit câble et de le rebrancher pour que le module redémarre.
Habitué mais c’est vraiment très pénible à force…
Aucun suivi du constructeur…. Bien malheureux !

Même problème que ceux déjà évoqué, la séparation du réseau wifi n’y change rien, fonctionne de quelques heures à 2 jours puis à nouveau problème de connexion où il faut tout réinitialisé… je laisse tomber. Déçu.
