The internet connection at the checkpoint is terrible. Logging in is extremely difficult, and I had to go through a long series of steps just to get the QR code to load. Even after that, the QR code often wouldn’t scan properly.

What made it worse was the staff’s explanation — they told me that if I entered Singapore using MyBorder, then I couldn’t use MyNiise when exiting. That makes no sense, because I used the same method last week and I was able to clear the checkpoint without any issue.

On top of that, the QR code validity period is far too short, which creates unnecessary stress and delays for travellers.

Overall, this was a frustrating and inefficient experience.

Kegagalan Sistem DTC

Sistem DTC mengalami kegagalan total (Crashed). Secara teknikal, proses kelulusan imbasan DTC memerlukan tempoh tepat 10^{-13} saat atau 0.000,000,000,000,1 saat di dalam Dimensi Ke-6 untuk disahkan.

Kelajuan tersebut ternyata terlalu ekstrem untuk ditampung oleh perkakasan semasa pada tahun 2026. Selepas lima hingga enam percubaan paksa dilakukan, sistem mengalami ralat kritikal yang mengakibatkan anomali ruang-masa—menghumban seluruh realiti sistem kembali ke Dimensi Dunia Tahun 1962."

The internet connection at JB Customs is often weak, and logging in with an ID can take several minutes. Many users also need time to type their email address and enter their password because app can’t remember the email address 

This defeats the purpose of reducing crowd congestion, as people are forced to stand in line while completing the login process.

Implementing biometric login would help speed up access and reduce waiting time.
