The MyNISSAN App is designed to help you get the most out of your vehicle and overall ownership experience. It brings remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features from your Nissan to your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch.
The MyNISSAN App is available for use by all Nissan clients, though the experience has been optimized for vehicles 2014 and later. The complete MyNISSAN experience is available for clients with an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package, available for select models 2018 and newer.* For a complete list of available features for your specific vehicle, visit owners.nissanusa.com.
The following MyNISSAN features are available to all Nissan owners and vehicles:
• Manage your Nissan account and preferences
• Make a service appointment with your preferred retailer****
• Receive notifications for applicable vehicle recalls or service campaigns
• View your vehicle’s service history and maintenance schedule
• Connect to Roadside Assistance
With a compatible vehicle, you can:
• Remotely start and stop your vehicle**, lock and unlock vehicle doors, and activate horn and lights
• Search for, save and send points of interest to your vehicle
• Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, remaining fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)
• Locate your vehicle
• Keep tabs on your vehicle with customizable boundary, speed and curfew alerts***
MY24 Rogue SL and PLATINUM trims have additional accessibility, including:
• Remote vehicle climate adjustment
• Remote engine start
• Receive notifications if you’ve left your vehicle with doors unlocked, windows cracked, and more
• Connect with your automotive repair shop to receive real-time updates
• Simplify your trip with data-based route planning
• Receive alerts ahead of time if vehicle maintenance is coming due
• Add up to four additional drivers on one Nissan ID account

*The NissanConnect Services telematics program was affected by AT&T’s decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features. Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations). Don’t use it a junk ap
Very inconsistent
From my experience, this app only works correctly about 50% of the time; and it NEVER works if the car hasn’t been driven for several days. Also, some of the time it only semi-works (i. e. the car starts but climate does not turn on.) When this happens, the countdown timer starts at 10 minutes, instead of the usual 20 minutes.
Waste of Money
This app still doesn’t work 3 years into vehicle ownership. None of their updates or “fixes” have ever worked. My two Jeep vehicles work 100% of the time!
Very nice to have
The locking and unlocking features are used the most and are very convenient. Now, with the cold weather, the auto start is getting a workout. 100% happy with the features and operation of the app.
Fee Transparency Missing
Lesson learned. New Ariya owner and I used the app to find a charging station. Price per kWh was shown and reasonable compared to other places. Not shown was added fees. First two hours were free then $5/hr. Chargepoint app shows the added fees. Nissan app should do the same. Other than that the app works fine. This is a big flaw in my opinion.
Very limited
Limited functionality. Can’t adjust charge to stop at a certain percentage. App also often won’t load when I’m trying to charge or remote start climate which are the only two things this app does. Wish list: that it works consistently, set charge to percentage instead of just time, set driving settings so that it stays in Eco or B mode instead of having to adjust every time I start the car…

Options
This app is not showing the mileage or how much pressure is in tires. If anyone can show me how to correct this I would appreciate it. Otherwise this app is useless
Nissan for life
This app is fantastic. The only thing that I would recommend is when you locate your vehicle, it gives you a term by turn of where it is at when it is moving.
