## myNutrafol Reviews in United States

### *---- "Crashing"

-- AdroPod, 2026-09-21

### *---- "Not working"

-- Dinny33, 2026-09-21

### *---- "Crashing"
As of 9/17 app crashes so I can’t even see anything
-- Mochimini, 2026-09-18

### *---- "Cant get on app"
They text me and gave me a link to download the app. I download the app from the App Store and every time I try to get on it and open it it keeps telling me I’m not connected to the Internet. I am connected to the Internet and it keeps doing this. Not much help.
-- Njutgb, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Plan to get a professional photographer"
I attempted to take my first set of photos required for the guarantee program today. First off, there are a number of room, lighting and wardrobe requirements. Then to get just a few, maybe 6, “approved” photos I had to take at least 80 shots. The error message kept saying that it couldn’t detect anyone in the photo. What? Both my face and hair were clearly in every shot. I alighted my face with the guides shown in the app, tried closer, tried further away. It really seems like they just don’t want to own up to the advertised guarantee. I’m questioning the product now.
-- TSSTCOKU5679, 2026-08-06

### *---- "Awful app and customer service"
It’s impossible to reach anyone or file a claim because the app keeps glitching and won’t take you to the right page. Just kept going back to square one. Login issues, contact issues, claim page issues.
-- Lili898943o, 2026-06-04

### ***** "Learn"
Love the inspirational Learn articles.
-- Wisconsin074, 2026-04-28

### ***** "Notifications and articles"
I love the habit notification reminders. On the weekend I don’t have the same schedule so with the notifications I remember to swallow the supplements. I also enjoy reading the Learn articles.
-- Wisconsin073, 2026-04-28

### ***** "Breast cancer Pt"
I am a breast cancer Pt. My hair can out after chemotherapy. Do you have any samples. I can’t afford it ready now
