Then, since I am not actually sure how much is in my account, it charges me an overdraft fee every single time. I’m so tired of this and I’m truly about to switch banks just because of this issue. Finally had to call the bank support line to ask them to turn off the “overdraft protection” and the lady on the line tried to GASLIGHT ME into keeping it on (it was charging me almost $10 every time), even though I told her I had ended up spending over $100 in “overdraft protection”fees every month. A mobile banking app should display my account information, and allow me to make deposits without going to the bank or ATM.
