## MyoLift Reviews in United States

### ***** "Super easy for me"
The new app update is a lot easier to use. I haven’t had any issues yet!
-- ElenaJojo, 2025-11-14

### **--- "App is hit or miss"
It is next to impossible to go from app free to app with out glitches ie: app flashing up and die then stays in app free mode. Even if you complete the treatment. Deleting the app, turning off bluetooth, and phone does no good as soon as you pick up the device it starts in app free mode and will not connect. Because of this I am unable to use the device hands free, use ty e gloves or gua dha device. Will call again tomorrow but it gets old. Thank goodness I kept my zip to use.
-- BTES51!!, 2025-10-05

### *---- "App stopped working"
Worked great for awhile and now it glitches out every couple of minutes. Slamming my face against the wall in frustration might give me better results at this point!
-- Zootown1525, 2025-08-19

### ***** "Myoliftqt"
This is the review already posted by another consumer but this is exactly what happened to me and this exactly my experience so I quote that person.
“Love the effect the device has on my skin, professional grade equipment. My aesthetician can use our appointments for other treatments. However, I'm frustrated that I have to delete and reload the app just to get the app started. A few weeks ago, it rejected my longstanding password and I lost my entire history and points. I don't have time to call customer service every time I want to do a treatment.”
I can’t see this persons name or I would credit a name.
It’s terribly frustrating because I love Myoliftqt and used it daily. At this point the app won’t load anymore and so I’ve moved on to other skincare appliances.
It seems like a consumer has to pay a monthly app fee but I’m afraid to try that because it still might not load.
-- SorryQT, 2025-04-11

### *---- "App stop working"
Can’t open app giving errors. Not the first time this happens
-- Lizarann, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Horrible app"
I just purchase the myolift device and I was excited to use it, but I can’t get the app to work at all. It won’t connect and I can’t by pass it to watch any of the videos on how to use it. Seriously people fix your app!
-- 22robin22, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Trash app!"
This is the most frustrating nightmarish experience trying to do business with this company and simply trying to use the device that I paid for. I’ve been a customer for a while so I should not have to pay the $4.99 per month they tell me, but then the app keeps telling me there’s a billing error. They give wonky instructions for off-line use and now I can’t even log into the app without getting an error that says something goes wrong and status code. Customers should be able to use the app when they feel like it therefore technical support should always be available not just until 4 PM I LOVE THE RESULTS WHEN I’M ABLE TO USE IT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE RESULTS. DO NOT BUY.
-- colleen757, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Bad app"
I have tried to use my QT plus on two differs phones. I have deleted and reinstalled and I still can’t use my Qt. This is getting very frustrating. I’m disappointed in Myolyft.
-- WMUMOM1, 2024-09-04

### *---- "Terrible app"
I never use my device because the app never works. Tired of calling customer service. A waste of $$.
-- JSB:), 2024-07-13

### ***-- "App buggy"
App is not working, just a blank screen. Lots of money spent on the device for the app not to work. Very frustrating, not sure I’d recommend, I love the device but it’s useless without the app working so…
