I strongly encourage Panin Bank to conduct a thorough internal audit and strengthen its SOPs regarding data leakage prevention and third-party document management. 2. Outdated UI/UX Design The user interface and overall user experience feel significantly behind current banking industry standards. Despite being a newly launched application in 2026, the design resembles a banking app from a decade ago. The navigation, visual hierarchy, and user flows need substantial improvement. Consider conducting proper user research and A/B testing to validate design decisions. If development is outsourced, it may be worth reassessing the vendor’s capabilities. For comparison, the initial release of Wondr by BNI delivered a much more modern and polished experience even in version 1.0. 3. Poor Error Handling The application provides very limited information when errors occur during transactions or other actions. Error messages are often unclear, making it difficult for users to understand the issue or explain it to customer service representatives.
