Healthcare Providers and Staff know their patients have the information they need to improve adherence, outcomes and satisfaction. Patients can use the app to get updates, education, complete assessments, daily tasks, and track progress. Patients can invite their families members and care givers to be part of their space. Staff can send updates to patients and families, and keep track of their patients' progress. Our engagement platform delivers the right information to patients based on their journey stage and monitors patients' responses to trigger alerts. Your HealthCare Provider will provide you access to the app. You will receive by SMS or email a link to download and join your space in myPatientSpace. Your experience will be personalized for your HealthCare Provider and your particular treatment. This treatment information is provided to you by your Healthcare provider to support you on your care journey. To use myPatientSpace - your Healthcare Provider will need to sign up to myPatientSpace and provide you with access. New in version 1.6.76: Two-Step account verification option.
