Getting started is simple:
Ask your provider for an invitation to create your account at myPatientVisit.com. Once your account is set up, just log in to the app using your credentials.

myPatientVisit® is available to all patients whose doctors use Nextech’s electronic healthcare and practice management systems. Not sure if your provider is connected? Just ask!

I inadvertently created multiple accounts because several of my clinical providers utilize this app. I received the instructions to “Add a Practice;” however, I received an error message: No Accounts Found, and neither of my providers can help resolve my issue.

This app is basically useless and lacks all of the options that the website  allows on your online account. 

This app has no option at all to communicate/send/receive messages to/from your Dr and staff.

All this app can do is show you your appointments, forms and allow submitting additional forms or patient related info updates.

I had questions to send to my Drs office so I had to use the web address  rather than this app.

The designers of this app need to update is seriously to align with what the online website offer upon you logging in to your account.

Right now, I do not plan to use this app and will most likely delete it until it is updated. It has nothing to offer over just logging into your account using the web address.

Don't bother unless you like watching paint dry and then seeing no difference in color! Site freezes, then gives you no info!

I had some health issues arise after doing a consult with a provider who uses this portal. I can’t figure out how to update my med list or insurance info. I’m not even sure there is a way to update it through the portal. I might just need to create a new patient profile and see if I can delete the old one. Don’t use the myPatientVisit app unless. It is absolutely awful.
