Tried website as guest on phone, can’t add new payment method; Switch to laptop, tried chrome and safari, none worked. Downloaded the app, had to register yet still cannot add payment method. Blank page on all methods.
Website failed to find my receipt so I tried the app. It worked but it added an additional processing fee, so yeah, wouldn’t suggest.
Receipt doesn't save to your profile even though it says it did. Doesn't display a fee schedule. I had to dig in the NJTA meeting minutes for that information. Better than the nothing we had before, but as far as an app goes, this is kinda awful. ...and before they say checks take time to clear before a receipt is issued, I used a credit card which shows the charge.
