## myPayNJTA Reviews in United States

### *---- "…"
It didn’t even work
-- Triton1807, 2025-12-21

### *---- "Won’t work"
Can name an account or Sign in with Apple ID to make things easier.this is great really since the website does not work either. Should get zero stars if allowed.
-- BoleUSA, 2025-11-18

### **--- "Sorry! We’re Having Trouble Completing Your Request”"
The app is not working. Upon starting, you get an error message. It was working not too long ago
-- DameRogski, 2025-09-25

### *---- "HELLO"
APP DOSEN’T WORK!!
-- RedAllie, 2025-05-02

### *---- "This app loads way too fast"
This app doesn’t take nearly long enough to load when I’m using it. I only have to wait 30 seconds between screens and that’s way too short of a time. Think about dialing that up to a full minute
-- MariaDerz, 2025-04-17

### **--- "Poor experience and security vulnerabilities"
I should not have to create an account in order to pay a toll nor should I have to save my credit card information against my account profile in this app. Major security risk there. Overall, poor user experience and limited functionality and searching for tolls. No auto populate for fields… come on people.
-- Shenzhouraptor, 2024-07-01

### ***** "Perfect"
All very simple and comfortable 👍🏻
-- jordan911007, 2023-11-29

### *---- "So how the hack can I add a payment?"
Tried website as guest on phone, can’t add new payment method; Switch to laptop, tried chrome and safari, none worked. Downloaded the app, had to register yet still cannot add payment method. Blank page on all methods.
-- lydiahoo, 2022-05-16

### ***-- "Worked but adds processing fee"
Website failed to find my receipt so I tried the app. It worked but it added an additional processing fee, so yeah, wouldn’t suggest.
-- AverageJoe258, 2021-07-27

### ***-- "No Receipt"
Receipt doesn't save to your profile even though it says it did. Doesn't display a fee schedule. I had to dig in the NJTA meeting minutes for that information. Better than the nothing we had before, but as far as an app goes, this is kinda awful. ...and before they say checks take time to clear before a receipt is issued, I used a credit card which shows the charge.
