I downloaded this app so I could create a résumé and I want to delete it now that I’ve created a resume, but it’s still charging me every month and doesn’t give me an option to unsubscribe so they really just want your money to build you a resume and it’s gonna be monthly with no way of unsubscribing your subscription.

It’s nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. The service is nice, but too difficult to stop paying for. Don't waste your money.

I originally reviewed this, the developer said to send them an email, which I had already done, and they still did not cancel my subscription. The cancellation email is poorly managed. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

I used the “free trial” at a friends suggestion and immediately cancelled it a few days later. I was subsequently charged several times since April. Customer service replied three times that my account shows it was a free account and no charges accrued. I had to go through apple to receive a refund. Because of the 3 emails I received from customer service denying that I had been charged, this seems like a delay tactic to defraud you out of a fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’m not sure why the reviews state you can’t get your money back when you absolutely can. I forgot to cancel my subscription a day ahead because let’s face it, who wants to pay $23.95 for a one-time use to create a resume. I was able to get my refund back today (04/18/24) with no hassle and they even offered me a lifetime subscription of $3 per month, so I took it. This app and this software company makes creating resumes less of an hassle and the best part is they will use AI to critique your resume by offering suggestions (depending on your job position, skills, etc) that can be applied automatically with a click of a button. The cover letters are also a bonus and MPR will create a cover let that sounds phenomenal and catches the eye of any hiring recruiter. You’ll also get a rating out of 100 which will determine what score your resume is at based on the grammar, punctuation, word use, etc. You can create as many resumes as you’d like as well as cover letters for various job positions you want to be employed for. Chat is available 24 hours, so fret not being anxious because you want your money back right away for have questions.

I signed up for this site in my computer, at first glance pretty good. I finished my resume which turned out to be just as I wanted it. A month passed an I was no longer going to use it so I cancelled my subscription (or so I thought u did). 2 months later I lock my card and notice a charge I didn’t recognize, come to find out it is coming from here, and every time I clicked the cancel button it’ll just simple refresh my page. It charged my account for 2 months without me knowing, DONT RECOMMEND!!
