When my vet first started using this app it was great. Now NOT so much! It’s horrible. It deletes your information and your pets information without any warning or reason. I had to re add one of my pets and I was able schedule her appointment with my vet, but today her information is deleted AGAIN. The veterinarian office employees said it does this to them also and some of them can’t even access the app.

The spinning cat that is supposed to load everything doesn’t work and and can’t get past it no matter what I do. Can’t use the app at all. Apparently it’s been this way for a while now.

I hate that facial recognition no longer works. It takes to long to receive the email code. Very annoying and inconvenient.

Constant login issues, I’m forced to enter email to generate a login code 60% of the time. Chats don’t go through, UI and UX are clunky, and the “Get Support” link goes nowhere. Apps should make your tasks more efficient, this does the opposite.

App forced me to logout, won’t let me back in, as other reviews are saying.

The app keeps signing you out. And it takes to long to confirm the appointment. It freezes up.

No matter how many hoops I jump through for this app, I cannot log in. I used to be able to, then something changed. Error after error after error. FIX THIS!!!

This app used to be great. I could view info about my pets, see past and upcoming appointments and reminders, and schedule appointments. Now I can’t do ANYTHING. It won’t even email me a code, which I shouldn’t need since I already have established myself with the app previously. Waste of space.

Good app. Now it’s time to add an update and include records of visits. I would take just shot records for a start.
