## myPhantom Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Poor Update"
Latest update visually looks like it’s from the 1970’s.
Logs you out after the update.
Not as easy to navigate or use.
-- MrRshm, 2025-12-23

### **--- "Flakey as ……"
It’s just too flakey. Again I’ve gone into it and the usual home page isn’t there - seems it just wants me to buy more stuff when all I want is for what I’ve already brought to work properly.
-- Bloody fed up with it, 2025-08-07

### ***-- "Subscription renewal ?"
The App is decent enough. But it is impossible to renew a subscription through the App, which is strange.
-- Stratly, 2024-05-24

### ***-- "Accessibility Issues."
The light grey colour used on battery history and mileage graph are too light and means that you can’t see the readings.
-- Holiday girl10, 2023-11-12

### ****- "Useful apart from battery charts"
Happy with the app generally, especially now alerts can be cancelled.
2 improvements that would help me.
Update the voltage charts to show 11-13v rather than starting at 0.
Ability to set the door alarms only (not motion). I doubt this is possible… but hey, good to ask
-- Iantjones, 2023-10-11

### **--- "Useless after update"
Latest version fails
No updates for 7 days
Reported twice and totally ignored
-- Ajas53, 2023-02-12

### **--- "Terrible colour scheme"
Used be be a good app but the use of red for everything is terrible, the old colour scheme used to be far better. Whoever designed the update needs some retraining.
-- owdog123, 2023-02-08

### **--- "New app"
Don’t like the new app look take it back to the old detailed version
-- Leopardprint lucy, 2023-02-08

### ***-- "Dashboard change"
Poor changes. Change needs to improve things not make them worse! Simple red and black has little context. Change it back please.
-- D&DHH, 2023-02-07

### ****- "App update"
Great app not only for tracking but battery charge, BUT, why have you changed the presentation of the voltage indicator. It is ugly and less helpful. Having green, amber & red was much more useful.
