The MyPhoenix App offers a simple way to view and manage your Phoenix Life pension plan 24/7. Registration is simple and you can use Touch ID and Face ID to make accessing your plan online safe.

If you’ve already set up a MyPhoenix account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. If you forget your password on the app you can reset it.

Once you’ve logged in or created an account you’ll be able to:

- View your Phoenix Life pension plan details including the value it has today, what’s being paid into it, the funds your plan is invested in and any guarantees and death benefits it has.
- View and update your personal details to make sure they’re up to date
- Send us a secure message any time, day or night
- Change your MyPhoenix password
- Add or update your beneficiaries

What is the point?

Great concept but the customer service behind the app is the big let down. Waiting a month for an answer to a simple query. If you are out of the UK you cannot use it for security reasons! Doh! Now I cannot use it because of an upgrade to the app. Can you check what version you have? No you are referred to the App Store and then back to the App

Abbey Life

Cannot view my Abbey Life Pension within the App, even though Phoenix has taken over the running of it

Installed the app. Worked for ten minutes and hasn’t worked since. Disaster.

Poor app.

When it works it’s fine but regularly it tells you your speeds are too slow or your server isn’t safe.

Waste of space

App hardly ever works. Even with the latest software. Given that Phoenix customer services are dire you would hope the app give you everything you need. Maybe it does ? It just never works.
