## MyPhoenix UK Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Terrible App"
I want to check my pension, but almost every time I try to get in it says there’s been an error. This has been going on for two or three years. And then miraculously about every 10 times it shows my details. Even so the functionality and the things you can do are very limited. Each time I have to enter my password. username several times and I get the same message saying that there’s been a technical error. I also had Face ID set up ages ago that doesn’t seem to work either. As this has gone on so long, I can only assume that nothing has been done to rectify this.

On this occasion, I eventually got into the portal and it said there are no policies under my account details.

### *---- "If the app is this bad - is your money safe?"
This app used to work - the an update happened and now I cannot log in.
-- Rockin’ Rick Buzzin, 2026-03-15

### *---- "What happened?"
Was a pretty good app until the latest update. Now the login is incredibly buggy and won’t let me in, despite jumping through a number of hoops just to get to the verify screen freeze.
-- Kerry@Croome, 2026-03-07

### *---- "Rubbish!"
Downloaded the app to keep N eye on my Retirement Wealth Account - couldn’t register or replicate my web login. Sent around in circles by customer service and after 30 minutes gave up! Just not worth it.
-- Somersetdave, 2026-02-27

### **--- "App saying access denied at your location"
Hi
Your app seems to be broken since Christmas, it kept saying can’t access at the moment and now it says access denied at your location. I’m at home and had no problem the other day but now access denied, this needs fixing otherwise your app renders useless please fix
-- fresh62, 2026-01-12

### *---- "Frequently inaccessible"
Frequent system errors on both the app and the website makes this service almost unusable. These site errors lead to your account being locked, which is notified to you by email. Then, a shocking way to patronisingly tell you on the phone to use the online services which fundamentally don’t work.
-- RoadkillS2Ki, 2026-01-05

### **--- "Not very good"
App is slow and unreliable. Works for a week or so then has a system error and has to be reloaded. Not much in it.
-- Zxitw, 2026-01-03

### *---- "Another bad review"
This is the second time I’ve reported that this app is simply not good enough for a company holding so much money on behalf of so many people, and many, like myself, forced into joining them by the endless mergers and collapses in the industry. The main failings are: the Log In feature on the app consistently fails to allow touch, even after repeatedly setting it up. Then at manual Log In there is no keyboard to enter details. It’s incredibly frustrating. Please fix this!
-- Samuel L Bucktonio, 2025-12-03

### *---- "Update"
A message appeared today advising that the current version of the app is no longer supported. However, there is no means of updating it in the Apple App Store! Please help ASAP!
-- I’m stuck!!!!, 2025-11-10

### *---- "Mrs"
Terrible app keeps telling me to add information doing it all and still won’t let me in..tried countless nicknames and saying they have all been used my first time using this ???totally useless
