Too many times the hearing aids do not connect to my app. I have to go into Bluetooth to connect.

I received my Phonak’s at Empire Hearing (Audio Nova). Recommend by Jennifer Cook. With her guidance and instructions on usage my environment has improved drastically. Im very pleased.

What a waste of money

The app is great in making adjustments for a custom setting, but the hearings won’t continue to stay on the custom setting because the app looses the custom setting every time you take the hearing aids out to charge.

While sound quality in the various modes seems generally good overall, I continue to have problems with the app (mostly battery/battery indication problems). Additionally, when I turn the aids off manually, I often encounter problems getting “connected” when I manually turn them back on. I also get various audible (the little bells) signals during some days, and I have no idea what these actually mean (I keep my batteries adequately charged, so I believe these signals are not “low” battery indicators). Overall, and particularly as the Sphere is a relatively new model, it seems that there are numerous bugs that need rectification. Not good for a premium product!

Not ready for prime time. Frequently disconnects from hearing aids and will not re-connect, forcing re-installation of app, pairing again, etc. Needs improvement.

I have had these for a number of years. The app has been OK at best. Erratic at worst. Each time there was a problem I could usually fix it by rebooting my phone, turning off the aids and starting over again. Today I have done all that with no success. Normally I would have to make an appointment, drive to the audiologist, and have her fix them. Lately I’ve started to get charged $100 to see her. I won’t buy these again and don’t recommend them.

This app is so bad my audiologist steers people with iPhones to Widex to avoid this app. So I started with Widex, was never completely satisfied and asked to audition Phonak Audeo I90-Spheres. She sent me off with just the hearing aids— No app. I loved them. There were little things like I could recognize the tune of musak with these that I couldn’t with Widex. With the sphere in loud noise program I can understand the minister in a cavernous church with echoes. I sat at a table of 10 in a very noisy room and with this program I was the only one NOT asking people to repeat themselves. But the app drops out from time to time. Fortunately my audiologist was able to configure the hearing aid to manually change from automatic to shore in loud noise if the app crashes.

I can hear much better since getting these! But I occasionally have connection issues with my iPhone.

Can we get an update soon? The last couple of iOS updates I have not been able to take a call on my hearing aides. Also Bluetooth is hit and miss
