## myPick mobile Description
What is myPick?
myPick is a mobile solution allowing parcel registration and collection in 3 simple steps: 
1. Courier delivers the parcel. 
2. Clerk registers the delivery. 
3. Recipient picks up the parcel at the desired time. 

Why myPick? 
Buildings store unregistered parcels on the front desk
Building management take risk of parcel storage
Recipients are not able to collect parcels during the delivery
Couriers spend extra time waiting or delivering parcels to various locations in the same building

How we benefit our users?

People who have access to the building often are not able to pick up the parcel during the delivery period. It creates storage risk. Recipients appreciate flexibility when it comes to collection time and also process transparency.
