An awful application. Login is almost impossible which makes this app useless.

Very useful but the GUI is horrible, the precision of the buttons to click is inexistent causing the user experience to be a nightmare. It is a shame because it is an extremely useful app but the user experience is horrible. It would be nice if the developers would invest more time in improving the user experience.

And hopefully a work in progress, awaiting new functionalities, sysper access, ease of staff contact, etc.

Very easy, light design, user friendly and yet complete when you know how to use it! The one star reviews I just read all go to show that they were written by people unable to use the app correctly. It’s common for digitally clumsy people to blame the tech instead of themselves. I’ve seen it a lot of times, especially in the EU Institutions.

Very useful app, helps me to handle many requests without the need of the laptop and to open several systems. Keep up the great work.

Makes things so much easier than before! Goodbye scanning of invoices, now all I have to do is fill out 3-4 fields with info and take a picture of the bill with my phone camera. I also like having all my claims, reimbursements, certificates etc in my phone, always at hand.

Excellent development with the new release!

Works for me when submitting health claims. Although, as far as I can see, no additional functionality compared to PMO mobile. Understood that the upgrade would include access to wider non health data such as sysper data for pensioner and monthly statements

The previous web based solution worked perfectly, with this application it is not possible to do the declarations, we have to log in multiple times etc, very disappointing
