Inconvenience

The consultation is very convenient however the app itself is a headache. When I open the app and try reload it’s not working. so I have to uninstall the app and log in again.

THE MOBILE APP IS GARBAGE

The mobile app is garbage. I am unable to access the history and the prescription. Also, its always asking to update but really no update. Its TRASH!!!

Can’t add a dependent

I have a 4 y/o dependent but the app wouldn’t let me add. A red exclamation pops up and nothing happens when I try to.

Your app doesnt work!

When i try to register, it never pushes through, when i fill up something and go back to fill up another, a white page appears and it wont load. Tried it a hundred times.

I am giving 3 stars because of the inconvenience

1. One it asks me to update the app but it has no update available 2. It asks me for my email and password but sends an OTP. I would rather that they do not ask for my password (since we do not always use this app the password is usually forgotten) just my email since they send an OTP to my email there is no need to ask for my password. By asking only my email they can check whether I have an account (in case I forgot I registered already before) or I need to register for a new account. Then redirect me to OTP page or registration page. 3. Last, sometimes some people are not tech savy especially the elderly or there is slow or limited internet in the area, there should be an option to just call and the nurse will be the one to encode the email and other information in the website on our behalf. They should be given access to our account to type the details on our behalf so we can still have consultations even if there is no internet.

Always ask to update but the application is already updated

Forgot Password

I clicked 'Fogot Password' 3 times but I did not received any email where I can renew my password. I was not able to open the app and create consultation. Please fix this issue.

Useless-function less app

Useless app, nurse will accept or respond to the consultation 1-2days after,
