MyPoints: Cashback Rewards

Played games and never got points credited to account have made multiple purchases through them and 10 percent actually register with points back as promised. Customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time like I did

They will deactivate your account right before you get enough points for a gift card. I was given NO warning and and NO reason for deactivation. I was close to a $100 gift card. Most offers on the site didn’t reward me after completion anyway. This is a SCAM! YOU WILL NOT BE REWARDED!

Be careful because you are not always rewarded the promising points after you met all their requirements. They'll keep you waiting for more than a month and when you reach out to them requesting the points, they will just inform that they are not able to give out the point without any fair and transparent reasons.

I did two bank offers. One of them was the Discover bank offer of signing up and depositing $50 and the other was one where you had to sign up for any bank from the ones they had listed and deposit any amount. I completed both, but my points never even reached the pending section. I contacted customer support about these two offers and they only rewarded me for one offer and then told me they won't reward me for the Discover bank offer because there was no proof of me completing it even though I provided a screenshot. I feel this is really unfair and am highly unsatisfied.

They deactivated my account right before I reached my first payout. Don’t waste your time, I’ll be filing a BBB report also

Too low or none incentives.. waste of time and efforts!!

I’m sick and tired of taking surveys for 20 to 30 mins just to make it to the last page and get disqualified! OR the surveys work great til the end where you are then noted to turn your phone and you do so just to get stuck and all that work was done for NOTHiNg! Will NEVER do another survey!!! It’s been happening for so long now that I know it will never be fixed. Cashing out and I’m done

I used their website. My account was logged out and it didn’t recognize my credentials when I signed back in. I reset my password with the same result. The only way to reach customer service is to be logged into the site. I did not violate the terms and their was no reason to deactivate my account. I am seriously considering reaching out to BBB since they make it impossible to reach customer support.

I have been using this app for more than 10 years so obviously I like it. Response to most problems is good. But I have have a recurrent problem and there is no avenue to report it. I use an iPhone. Sometimes I have spent a long time on a survey, and been interrupted briefly, and the survey disappears with no way to get back in. It appears in the Ledger as visited, as if I left it. People have a life and interruptions occur. I use another survey app and it does not have this problem. Please, I feel as though I have lost a lot of time, often on surveys I care about. Is there any way to recover a survey after the screen goes black?
