Really good app. Clearly a lot of thought and love went into making this, and it makes the app feel so welcoming. Very helpful and useful for literally anything you’d need, from workouts to mindfulness. Can’t recommend this app enough

This has helped my mental health and helped me see my food balance, exercise, feelings and everything. Only problem is I can’t find some features on the app. Too many things to click on. A bit confusing. Otherwise perfect, can’t believe it’s free. There are vids, articles, podcasts, about everything. Defo recommend

I have been using the my possible self app for the last six months and have found it invaluable. I have bipolar and it lets me track where I’m at and look back so I can let my gp know how I’ve been doing. It also has exercises which I need to look into more, just a really helpful app. Thank you

I have been doing this app for a while on and off . It has been so helpful for me I can link in and enjoy my new safe life now . Iam safely out of that toxic relationship with Bernard now . Iam happy blessed and back at college . The podcasts are great thsnkyou so much so is the journal and the gentle music the breathing exercises the recipes 🙏❤️💯💪👌together we can heal . Bless all of you who made this possible staff and service users in Jesus name I pray amen 🙏

This app is really helpful to reflect on your emotions daily. It gives you the opportunity to explore what has happened today and how you felt. It helps you to understand why you may have felt like that and also what you can do to help. You can input food and drink, sleep, exercise and also where you where and what you did and with who! I love it and look forward to spending time to complete it at the end of every day!

i’ve literally had this app for less than an hour and it’s so so helpful. everything is totally free, which is an insane relief, and all of the guided courses and the meal and sleep trackers etc are so amazing!!! it just helps you to visualise everything that could be wrong and motivates you to change it at the same time! thank you so much to the developers for making this app so accessible and helpful, it’s genuinely the best health app i’ve come across. i’ve already recommended it to a close friend, the service this app provides is just so good. thank you!
