I’ve disliked this app for many years, for a host of reasons. More than once, I tried sending them detailed written lists of its problems, plus a long list of suggested improvements, but never heard back and nothing was fixed. I have to keep hunting for how to do even the simplest tasks.  Do they ever ask REAL patients for feedback?

I really like the My Prevea App!  It’s easy to use and my nurses and Doctors respond promptly to messages!  Sometimes I get lab results before my Doctor and I wait to see his response before I try to figure it out. Love the App!

In Green Bay, Green Valley Az is another story with continuous error messages of “error unable to retrieve data…”!

I have an iPhone 12 running IOS 15.4.1, and the passcode option worked on all previous versions of this app until now. It’s painful to have to remember which password has been assigned and needs to be pecked into the login screen to this account. Please repair this issue ASAP!

Text Reminders are not great timing. I have many times gotten a reminder 
For an appointment (day) I show up and it actually is a different week - several weeks away! 

Awkward to request appts. 

But I do prefer it to waiting on hold for 20 minutes

I love this app. It's very helpful and even more convenient. Although......lately, every time I open the app to do the e-check in, it has either my sons address, or my daughters address in place of mine. I have updated it and saved it, yet when I open it again, it has one of their addresses in place of mine. I do t know why this is happening.
