The App needs work in order to add photos from your phone to a message you’re sending to the doctor. I tried sending a message to the doctor and adding photos so she can see what I am referring to, but the app won’t attach a photo whether it’s from my library or even take a photo. Pops up warning to try again or quit the message. So irritating!

Not very good

This is the app/portal my dr office has used for many years now. It hasn’t changed much if any. I’m only aware of one update that took a but if time. It shows limited medical information that an informed patient may want to see. That’s on the desktop version too, the app shows less. No X-rays, no mri, no scans, limited info on blood tests. And that may be a setting with my particular dr, but it does aggravate me that in 2025, we as patients can’t easily look at everything our drs order for us. But the app does all family access across Privia medical providers, so I can order or message drs for my husband, & children (with hippa permissions). And messaging is easy and to the point. But it dies allow me to delete old messages from my side of the app. It’s just kind of clunky in terms of what I would expect from our healthcare in 2025.

Worst app. ever!!!

I love everything about Athena (Privia) except when I try to read any summary reports by my providers. When the reports open up, they are blown up very large and I cannot shrink them down to be able to read the reports. I would almost think it is not designed for cell phone usage. The rest is great.

The app makes paying my bill and communicating with my provider so easy! No more waiting an extended period of time to speak with someoneon the phone.

This app looks like what happens when you hire a web developer to take your website and attempt to make it a full featured iOS app for the first time ever.
