## myPROCOM Description
myPROCOM ermöglicht Telefonanrufe zwischen Gehörlosen und Hörenden, via Text, Video und Audio. Die App bietet viele neue Möglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel direkte Anrufe zu Hörenden oder das Hinterlassen von Nachrichten. Die Anrufe werden zu einem Vermittlungszentrum der PROCOM umgeleitet und Text- oder Video-Vermittler übersetzen das Gespräch in Text oder Gebärdensprache. Die Dienste werden in allen 3 Landesprachen betrieben; Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch. Die mobilen Applikationen funktionieren über WLAN oder 4/5G-Netzwerke.
