Hello everyone, I am sorry for this feedback, but your App crushes a lot! I was forced to create new account in order to make my order, instead of just changing my password.

it should have been 8-10 euro at most and not 15 euro and you mean delivery by air … the next working day … lower the shipping cost make a better deal with DHL can you … thank you 🙏

I can’t login to my account . I can login on web , but when I’m trying to login on app , says that my password is wrong.

The supplement products, like whey, or the ready oats are somewhat good (not the best), I would rate them at 6,5/10 in comparison to other brands. Some time ago they used to be value for money, so you could justify the lower quality. In the past two years, prices had gone way up, and their discount policy is tricky and misleading, namely putting discounts of 60% while the product is more expensive than a week ago with 40% discount. Pay close attention to prices and keep history of your past orders, otherwise you pay a huge mark-up

Delayed 1 extra day with the expensive shipping costs, I ordered Friday night and it was here Tuesday instead Monday, after 3 days, (except Sunday) the scoop when is full is more than the weight they recommend as “per scoop” is around the double portion… I bought creatine monohydrate and EAA strawberry & lime the quality was good.

Apple Pay is not working most of the times and the navigation on the app is not really easy as when you access a product in full screen and you go back it takes you again at the top of the page. The app is exactly the same as the website

Downloaded the App because got email notification about flash sale and extra discount using App BUT IT DOESN’T WORK. Logged into my account, found item from previous order to order again. Cannot change flavour, amount (i.e. weight) or even add to basket. Closed down app and tried again, still doesn’t work.

Web view app where buttons don’t work half the time, e.g right now I can’t click search, the nav menu, or filters, but the basket button & home screen categories work. I’ve restarted the app multiple times & switched between WiFi & 5G, nothing fixes it

One tub of collagen, on offer £7.99 but £4.49 delivery! Ridiculous! Have had one tub already and helped my brittle nails get stronger. Hopefully helping my skin too!
